Crater
Our second
attempt at getting
to the crater, about
a year after the
first try. A much
smaller group, only
three vehicles, but
we still suffered
the same plague of
two flat tyres on
the same vehicle. Luckily
(?) the second flat
occurred as we
reached our camp
site for the night,
close to the crater
rim. But again,
three different
types of four wheel
drive, three
different types of
wheel, and so no
extra tyre to
replace the second
flat.
